Find duplicates
Two records for the same person — usually a name spelled two ways, with different emails, so nothing automatic catches them. Scan, pick which record to keep, and the rest fold onto it. You confirm every merge; the others are deleted.
Possible duplicates
Finds the same person saved twice under different email/phone — which auto-dedup can't catch. Review each, pick the one to keep, and merge. Nothing is lost: the others' extra emails, phones, tags, notes, and properties all fold onto the keeper before they're removed.
