Send us the file and pay
Any CSV, straight out of whatever you're on today. It doesn't need to be tidy — duplicates, blank columns, three phone numbers in one cell, a spreadsheet a VA half-finished two years ago. Send it as it is and pay the flat fee to start.

We map every column
We work out what each column actually is and where it belongs in CRE Fuel — names, phones, emails, addresses, the properties they own, the tags that say who they are to you.

We clean it
Duplicates merged, phone numbers put into one format, dead rows dropped, tags made consistent so your call lists and campaigns actually work off them later.

We load it and tell you
It lands in your account, and we email you what went in — how many contacts, how many merged, anything we couldn't make sense of. You never touch a spreadsheet.
